there are so many diet's and no one seem's to agree on anything that i just don't know where to start to loose weight. it is very hard to know where to start.i have been on the cabbage diet for four days and then i got weight watchers dinners and the cabbage soup worked better than anything i've tryed so far.now i'm on the fat free diet and was looking for fat free food's and found this where the fat free diet don't work..someone HELP this stupid country girl..
