Do you go into the weight-loss process with balanced expectations?

There’s no doubt that having positive expectations is a good thing when you try to lose some weight. Some positive expectations: You will feel better. Look better. Be healthier. Be happier. Positive expectations motivate.

If you are to keep a more balanced outlook, remember to pay attention to your negative expectations as well. Some negative expectations: Sometimes you will feel hungry. You won’t eat out as much. You could be pretty cranky. You will experience some failure. Knowing there will be negative expectations as well, and being ready for them, helps you keep your weight-loss balance.
