I have said this a hundred times but if you do what you’ve always done you get what you’ve always got. Most people seem to grasp that but some people really struggle putting into action.
If you drink wine, or any alcohol for that matter, with dinner every night cut it down to every other night at first and then just on weekends.
That will save you a truck load of calories.

If you are not doing any regular exercise at the moment than my friend it’s time to start doing something!
Let’s be realistic and try for 2 days a week just to start with. Then work up to 3 days a week and then onto 4 days.
You don’t have to do something everyday. In fact, your body needs rest for you to be able to reach your full potential.
That will burn a truck load more calories than you’re burning now.
When you put the 2 parts of the puzzle together you will be burning fat and finally be able to get rid of belly fat that has been bugging you for years.
It doesn’t have to be rocket science.
