I'm mainly losing weight because I want to be healthier and not feel like a gigantic manatee. I mean, looking better is definitely a plus, but that isn't my main concern. There is one thing, however, that I do care about as far as physical appearance goes, and that is the shrinking of my man-boobies.
Now, I know that you can't target fat loss in any particular area of the body. I'm just hoping that my body knows that it should focus on cutting some of the jiggly stuff in my chest area. I don't want to end up having Angelina Jolie's rack when I get down to a healthy weight range. That would certainly be unpleasant.
I think my stomach and face have shrunk, but my man-boobies still look the same. I'm guessing they are a C-cup (I'm not certain of course haha). I really don't want to resort to breast reduction surgery ya know?
Running is something I'm interested in doing when I lose some more weight, but having my man-boobies moving all over the place would not be ideal. Are there really such things as man-bras?
