If you consistently do things that make you feel good about your health every day, then you are succeeding! There is no right or wrong, just decisions that YOU are happy with! Weight loss is not about the weekly scale, but the little things you do every day that make you feel good!
I tried to talk about how everyone is different in this weight-loss game, and just because you lose a lot of weight does not make you an expert, and just because you have been dieting for years does not make you know what is best for others. You need to do what works for you, and once you get that down, progress flows out!! There is no right or wrong way.
