Weight-maintaining triggers are what stimulate you to begin
your weight-maintaining pattern of eating. You might know what your triggers
are, and then again you might not. Triggers can be almost anything, from
something external like time of day or a particular situation to something
internal like an uncomfortable feeling, a wish to “celebrate”, or your
particular definition of hunger.
