What are you eating to lose weight fast?

I did a real quick interview with a customer a little while ago and wanted to share it with you today.  What made me remember this interview is because yesterday my wife was getting ready to go grocery shopping and we have set some goals for each of us to accomplish the next 4 weeks. 

Liane’s goal is to get into a consistent workout routine and build some lean body mass as well as six pack abs.  The traveling of the holidays and then our vacation got her off track a little with her workouts. 

My goal is to put on some lean muscle.  I had a shoulder injury that has caused me to not workout for 8 weeks.  Now I am ready to get back into the gym.

Anyway’s before I created the Weight Loss Made Easy program Liane would ask me every Sunday what I wanted to eat for the week so she knew what to buy at the grocery store.  Well, yesterday she didn’t have to ask.  She just went to a week in the Weight Loss Made Easy program and used the grocery list in this program to know what she needed to buy and what we were going to eat this week. 

We will be using these weekly meal plans during the next 4 weeks to not only build lean muscle, but also burn the maximum amount of fat we can. 

You see with a plan the chance of reaching our goals is going to be much easier.  I also don’t have to get asked the "What do you want to eat?" question every Sunday before Liane goes grocery shopping.

1.  What was your eating style like before the Weight Loss Made Easy program?

I actually believe before the Weight Loss Made Easy program I ate very well.  Unfortunately, I got stuck in the rut of making the same things for myself every single day. It was easier that way and I didn’t have to think or prepare, but after a week, I didn’t want to look at oatmeal, chicken and broccoli!!

 
2.  How balanced were your meals each and every day before this program?

I believe that my meals were pretty balanced, again, it was the same meals EVERY day.  Talk about boring!


3.  How has having a meal plan created for you helped you with staying in control of the types and amounts of food you eat?

Having your meal plan already planned for me for the month helps me to shop week to week properly and get only the foods I will be eating.  The meals are so delicious and versatile, I look forward to eating every day.  Before your meal plan I was so bored with what I ate, there were days that went by and I just would skip meals because I didn’t want to eat that same thing again.
