I am 22 now, but when I was 15-17 I became mildly anarexic. I got down to only 120, but being built with a bit of muscle, that was quite small.
Now being 22 and 170 lb, I need to lose weight (I gained during pregnancy). I know to "just eat healthy". I know you don't want to lose more than 2 lb a week.
I was wondering if anyone else has been through this, or has any tips/suggestions.
