Hello everyone,I am glad to say i lost 5lbs. I am doing something right.I am so glad i found Wellsphere.Thank you.P.S. sorry i don't know what tegs are?

I am now 217,But i wish it was less.But still feeling good.

Well, 218 today friends, wish i could say more,But i am not going to give up,but i miss my speggtti&meatballs,and goulosh, and by the way how are you guys doing?lol.Wish i could find more walkers in Cortland Ny to walk with.
