Well, 218 today friends, wish i could say more,But i am not going to give up,but i miss my speggtti&meatballs,and goulosh, and by the way how are you guys doing?lol.Wish i could find more walkers in Cortland Ny to walk with.

I am now 217,But i wish it was less.But still feeling good.
