Crystal Wells presents Medifast posted at The Best Diets That Work, saying, "Medifast is a meal replacement diet program. The most popular program that Medifast offers is called Medifast 5 & 1 Plan. This plan consists of 5 meal replacements that are low in calories and fat and then 1 “lean and green” meal on your own that should have vegetables, salad and a lean protein. When eating out you should count that meal as the 1 on your own and stick to the guidelines of the lean and green meal. Calories consumed per day are only 800-1000 per day and the meal replacements contain high amounts of vitamins. In the past this plan was prescribed by a doctor but is now available through distributors or online."

Weight loss programs are 10 a penny. Some have completely vanished out of sight, while others are constantly being developed."
