Weight loss the healthy way.

It sounds like a cliche but there is a healthy way to loose weight. The healthy way is to find out about you - and WHO you are. Why do you want to loose weight? Are you and emotional eater? Journalling is the best way to know when you eat the most and why you eat when you do and what you eat. You have to eat, but you don't have to over indulge. Just my short words for today.

I find that keeping a food journal is crucial when trying to lose weight. It is also helpful if there are other things going on with your body.
