If you have to travel this holiday season make sure you have a plan to keep burning belly fat.
If not your plans for six pack abs will go bye-bye.
I always tell you that it is important to have a plan and traveling is no different.
Traveling invites fast food stops, gas station snacks, drinks, etc.
You could easily consume a few thousand calories by stopping while you travel.
This is in no way ideal to burning belly fat.
If you need a plan try following this plan to get your six pack abs.
1. Pack almonds to snack on while driving. Almonds are a great healthy protein snack that is also a good source of healthy fats.
2. I packed some Prograde Cravers since they taste great and are only 180 organic all natural calories.
3. I have plenty of bottled water so that I am not tempted to buy diet soft drinks or caloried soft drinks.
It doesn't take much to create a plan. Just a little thought and effort to avoid useless calories and a bulging waist line.
