Don’t worry if you’re feeling bad. That’s what often happens
in the weight-loss process.
Feeling bad doesn’t necessarily stop you from losing a lot
of weight. In fact, feeling bad can be what motivates you to turn things around
Here’s how feeling bad works (not all the time).
One of the things that feeling bad does is it starts you
thinking about other possibilities, “if only I had________, “I could have
___________.” Feeling bad can also start a process of investigation by which
you examine the mistake you made and learn what caused you to act this way.
Feeling bad can cause you to imagine how much worse it could have been and
encourage you to hang in there.
When it comes to losing your unwanted weight, feeling bad
isn’t always so bad.
