When you diet, DON'T PUT YOURSELF IN HARM'S WAY!

  • Don't pick a quick weight-loss diet with not enough food
  • Don't try to lose 20 lbs in two weeks
  • Don't pick a diet that is not healthy for you personally
  • Don't start a diet when it's a bad time for you
  • Don't have as your goal being a size 2
  • Don't start a weight loss program until you get checked out by your physician
  • Don't do it alone. Get as much support as you can
