Weight goal

My intention is to get back to my normal weight of 120...the pounds have come on slowly over the years...For my health and well being, inspired by this program, I commit to the path of weight management. I will increase my exercise and be mindful of my food choices, including quantity.

I have been trying very hard to lose baby weight, and it has not been easy after 2 babies. But it is not impossible, and if you have the commitment, it is definitely possible. Best of luck!
