I weighed in today at home and I am glad to say that despite all that food chaos I lost 0.5 pounds. I am now at 321.0 and I hope by next week I can be under 320, I'm thinking stress and the weird food made it stay. I am starting to notice a big difference in clothing though, especially jeans. Even my tight jeans are loose...even after the dryer. So I'll cheers myself with my lemon water and I'm off to take a well deserved afternoon nap -I worked today at 530am wa-wa, then I'm planning on a walk and some yoga.
