Feels good to see my weight chart move in the right direction again. Of course the cynic in me says losing 4 pounds in a week is easy when I had gained so much recently and I was sick for half the week, but I’m shutting him out and focusing on the positives.
Things I did well this week:
Started some strength training.
Not too many eating disasters (which going forward I will be documenting via my Bad Meals posts).
Once when I was looking for a snack I selected some sliced cucumbers instead of something bad for me.
I’ll start my week off in Chicago so I will be challenged with all that comes with travel, but I am resolved to get through it and continue to move the weight back down.
