Edit: for some reason the rest of my post didn't get published. Here it is. I'm very excited about the super sprint this
weekend. I was hoping to get a swim in this week but it doesn't look like that's going to work out. At least the swim is only 250 m. I figure if I went for a swim it would be way more than 250 m so I should be okay. So, wish me luck and keep your fingers crossed.
