Week 4 Results:Yee-Haw!

A big thanks to "Aunt Flo" for letting go of all that extra water before my weigh-in this morning! So how did I do?

Loss for Week 4: 2.2 pounds!

Total loss since beginning: 12.5 pounds!

I've lost 5.1% of my starting weight as of this week! I'm very excited - I was not expecting much this week because of that time of month, so I was thrilled to see that number today.

Things I did well this week:
  • Changed up my workout routine: added a 4th day of exercise and started circuit training at the gym.
  • Cut back my coffee intake to one cup in the morning (I was drinking two cups a day).
  • Survived going to my in-laws without derailing my diet all together.

Things to work on:
  • Going to my parent's house this weekend - gotta keep my portions in check.
  • Keep up on the water - still not where I think I should be.

So, one month into a new life, and I'm feeling fine. I feel stronger and healthier already, and I'm encouraged by my results. My monthly recap is posting today, as well as some progress pictures!
