Weight - Slightly under 164 lbs.  *celebratory dancing re-starts*

  • Breakfast - Coffee with Diet Hot Chocolate Mix + Vitamins
  • Snack - burnt cheese "cracker" (cheese on the plate, microwaved)
  • Lunch - green salad + parmesan cheese + Walden Farms Dressing
  • Snack -  2 squares ChocoPerfection, 1 flax Low Carb Tortilla, 3 PB crackers
  • Dinner - 1/3 cup refried beans, 2 bites Goya rice (rethought the idea of the rice)
  • Snack - Skim milk cappuccino, 1/2 jelly donut (slap)

Exercise

  • 1 hour walk outdoors, pushing the brat.
