Wednesday Workout Upda...Aww, Who Am I Kidding?

I've had no formal workouts, no running, not even a walk specifically for exercise...although I think our trek through Ikea late last week was definitely good for a couple of miles.  What I have been doing is the free stairmaster.  LOTS of stairs.  Sometimes I go up and down these

I guess I've gotten a bit of an upper-body workout as well, with the lifting and moving of boxes...based on how sore I was for a few days, I'd say that I need to pay more attention to that part of my body when I workout - or maybe just not help anyone move again, haha!

I'm traveling home today, and then I'll leave again early Friday morning for a USAFit organizer's conference in Utah for the weekend.  Kind of ironic that I'll be going into that not having run in two weeks, but hey - life happens.  It's all good; I know that temporary things happen to get in the way of regular exercise, and I'm not stressing over this.   I'll be back to normal (well, as close to normal as I can get, lol) next week.
