Wednesday - Humping Your Leg.

Weight -  I don't think I can even tell you what the scale read this morning.

Weighing daily, I'm weighing daily, it's supposed to keep me on my toes.   But, really?  WTF?

Yesterday's totals:

                    Total cals:
                    1,132. 

Whatever.   I'm a sponge.  I need to be squeezed or something.

  • Iced unsweetened soy milk cappuccino
  • Green salad, radish sprouts, Walden Farms Zero Cal Dressing, Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 slice light wheat, turkey breast, mayo
  • 1 slice cheese
  • Monster Light Vanilla
  • 5 wheat crackers + cheese
  • Two bites chocolate chip muffin (Bad, bad Beth.  Of course this wasn't mine.  And, I paid for it, one hour later.)
  • Crashed here, hypoglycemia.  (Shaking, sweating and I couldn't find my glucose.  I found one dirty tab in my bag.)  Glucose tab + raw almonds.  This was a super-fast crash.
  • Green salad, Walden Farms Zero Cal Dressing, Parmesan Cheese.
  • Two slices light wheat toast, Smart Balance Omega Spread.

Exercise -

  • 45 minutes on the gerbil wheel at 3.5 - 4.0 mph
