Hello. I am 18 years old and for the past 9 years of my life I have been a swimmer so I have built up quite a bit of muscle in my arms. I stopped swimming at the end of my senior year of high school, and since then, without all the workouts, the muscle in my arms is..well, going away.
What are good workouts to do to slim down my arms and get rid of the extra flab that is now there. They are not really flabby, just big still and I'd like to slim them down and and not bulk them up.
