Water, water, water

I read somewhere that a lot of the times you feel hungry, your body is actually telling you to drink water! Who knew? I find that if I can get the correct amount of water (not coffee!) into my body every day, then some of the other things come a lot easier. So next time you're about to put something into your mouth, have a glass of water. It also gives you a minute to think about what kind of food choice you're about to make.
