I’m pretty excited to tell you about this today but my good old Canadian mate Rylan Duggan of Go Sleeveless fame has released his first print book which is aimed towards the home exercise market.

And it’s not just a dodgy DIY job that he whipped up in his basement but a book actually published by a real life publisher and for sale in all good North American bookshops.

Hopefully it’ll make our shores soon enough but I recommend getting a copy straight away on Amazon (especially while the exchange rate is so good).
