Use Healthy Eating Guidelines to Make Protein Shakes

Gaining weight and losing weight are opposite goals that each require their own healthy eating guidelines.

Protein shakes can be used for quick weight loss or muscle building.  According to healthy eating guidelines, less calories should be consumed when weight loss is the goal, so make meal replacement weight loss shakes with water.  For weight gain and muscle building, use milk.

Healthy eating guidelines apply to all areas of your diet plans, so keep them in mind whenever you’re deciding on which ingredients to use.
