The scale has started to make a decent, again. Who would have thought that by actually eating more I would be able to lose weight?

And, yes, I will admit it - keeping the food journal has been paramount to ensuring I am, in fact, eating what my body ( obviously ) needs.

I'm just happy to see the smaller numbers when I step on that scale.

Last night was my finally Sensual Fitness class. How can 8 weeks be gone??

I completely and thoroughly enjoyed that class. I am pleased to say that after the 8 weeks, I really was able to lift my body weight with my arms, AND I am starting to see muscle definition in my arms. Now THAT is cool.

In the past 8 weeks, I have found an instructor that I enjoy, and an area where I feel I belong. I have started doing Pilates, although I will miss the next two Thursday nights due to a work function this week and holidays next week.

September will be a full sign-up time for me. I will continue on with level one in Sensual Fitness, and I will continue with the Pilates, but I am also going to take a Pole Stretch and Sculpt class.

Wow - I am WILLING going to commit myself to exercise class 3, possibly 4, times per week.

Yup - a lot has changed in the past 8 weeks. :o)
