I got an appointment with my old midwife. My husband got called the midwives' office and explained the situation with the OB, and asked their opinion. They would like to see me this coming Monday, and were surpised that the now ex-OB didn't give me an exam this month, only told me that he wouldn't bother because I couldn't hear a heartbeat anyway. I went and got copies of the prenatal records to date, and the secretary kept asking me to please stay, would I consider switching docs, and to call her if I change my mind. I told her I'd probably see her again, seeing as that office is where I've had my primary care for 22 years anyway. So, I'm peeking through my blood testing results and googling all the ones that are "low."
