Tuna Melt & POM "Cheesecake"

It's been ages since I've had a tuna melt and I've got an abundance of cheese that I have to make use of, so today's Lunch was a tuna melt:

  • on half of a fococcia bun (80 cals)
  • smear of light mayo (15 cals)
  • a package of the Cloverleaf Albacore Tuna (Rip n' Ready Pouch) (100 cals)
  • 30g part-skim Allegro cheese (60 cals)
  • salt & pepper

And for Dessert I made a POM "cheesecake" of sorts:

It was all cute served in this little dessert dish. I thought that since I'm on antibiotics, it would be a good idea to ensure that I'm getting some pro biotic yogurt in the next little while and this was an absolute perfect way to do it.

Lunch was a total of about 9 POINTS all together. I'm going to do my best to go easy this afternoon and save most of my POINTS for some nibbles tonight at BionicWoman's house because It's her birthday today! And there's going to be yummy munchies that I don't want to have to refrain from completely
