Weight - 157 lbs.  This surprises me, to be honest.  I must be full of shit.  I resorted to a swig of M.O.M. last night, and I am upping my salad intake again, and back to my flax oil.  That stuff works, people.  It made my skin smooth like a puppy's fur - and I could potty - so back to it.

I am sooooooooooooooo stuck in the house today.  I am grazing.

  1. Just as a frame of reference, this is 6am -  Unsweetened soy milk cappuccino
  2. GNC Pro Crunch Lite Protein Bar (140 Calories)
  3. Green Salad, Walden Farms Zero Calorie Dressing + Parm Cheese
  4. Roast turkey, couple bites, two bites peas.
  5. 6 Nilla wafers.  (Tristan's Fault.  I blame her.  LOL.)
  6. One BITE watermelon.  Nope.  Not going there.  Instant nausea.  I put it in the fridge, and I am also freezing some.  Maybe the texture difference will help.
  7. 1 cap full mixed nuts + Rockstar Roasted Light Vanilla
  8. Focaccia Bread Crackers.  (I could live on these.  Forgetting all other foods, I could live on these.  Forgetting that I am, indeed, a hypoglycemic that should not be eating carbs, I could LIVE ON THESE.  WHY ARE THESE IN MY HOUSE?!  BOB?!  THE buttery, rosemary crunchy goodness of love.  I can't stand it.)
  9. This is 9:30 pm -  Green salad, Walden Farms Zero Calorie Dressing.

Exercise -

  • One hour walk, outdoors.  It was hot.  I waited until after 7pm to go.  Glad I did.  I sweat my ass off yet again.  I chewed on glucose on the way, because the last thing I had eaten was focaccia crackers.
