Trying to Stay Standing

Hey everyone, I haven't had much motivation to update this blog because it sucks having to come back here to report that nothing has changed and that I'm still not losing any weight.

Yoyo dieting sucks balls and thats what I've been doing. I'll do really well for a few weeks and then completely flip the shit out and scare everyone by eating more food than most people eat in a week. I went to chicago twice last month. Had a blast. And also blasted my tummy. So yeah. That's how life has been and i'm trying to stay on track. for good.

I'm back on paleo again, and it's day six. I like the way this diet makes me feel, and it definitely makes a whole lot of sense. I dunno, I just need to suck it up and eat healthy except for the occasional slip-up, and by occasional I mean, like, once every six months.

Seriously.

My goal right now is to lose 50 pounds by the end of summer, which would bring me down to 140. The six pack will be mine. I don't care what it takes. I will not fail.
