I was advised to try something new. Hey, can't hurt.
So I am starting my day with something to eat within the first hour of my waking up, this is about 5:30 am. This may take the form of a cup of tea;preferrably green tea, and a few crackers, about 4-5. This process should boost my metabolism for the day.
Then exercise for about 20 - 35 mins, afterwards something small to eat.
So for the day I should be eating about four meals. This I will be trying for the next 6 - 8 weeks.
