Yesterday I headed to Indianapolis, Indiana for a 3 day conference. I packed my Vera Bradley bags, all 6 of them, and headed on into work. When I travel I realize just how many Vera Bradley bags I have (duffel bags, cosmetic bags, electronic cases, etc.). LOVE!
Around 4PM I was getting hungry, so I munched on some rice cakes and these Funky Monkey Mango OJ snacks. They were REALLY tasty and worth all 70 calories.
After a short flight and an awesome nap, I landed in Indianapolis and hopped on the IndyGo bus to get downtown.
For $7, it’s a cheap and easy way to get downtown.
Mexican food is my absolute favorite, so I had a hard time saying no to Adobo.
For dinner I ordered the chopped salad, which included steak, roasted corn, black beans, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and an awesome vinaigrette. The guacamole was also wicked awesome at Adobo, I highly recommend it.
It was a pretty awesome Monday, if you ask me and I’m looking forward to heading to the conference this morning after my morning workout and breakfast.

After getting settled in, we headed out to dinner at Adobo Mexican Grill .
