Train for something

I find the best way to lose a little weight is to train for something - a run, a ride, a walk, anything. It helps me stay motivated, hope it helps!

The best shape I ever got into was training for a marathon with Team in Training. Once I collected money from other people to support this cancer fundraiser, these people were expecting me to run a marathon. When I didn't really feel like getting out there I thought about what I was going to tell my financial backers. It was easier to just get out there and run. ;-)
