TOPS week3

Ok, I repeat the same process as last week. Went to the weekly meeting knowing I should have some better results as I have been trying to watch what I eat this week and not feeling well has made my appetite less. Before I weigh-in I use the restroom (not sure if it helped) get my card and proceed to the scales. I get weighed by the same lady as last week, tap the scale and step up 146.0. She records it and starts small talk asking me something to the effect of "why are you here, you don't look like you need to loose weight?". I explain my goal is only like 15lbs or so that will help my running, I explain I was a lot lighter (while involved with sports) and now working in computers its hard. She understood I think, and I proceeded to the meeting. This week was about calorie-dance foods that don't take much to add up to a lot of calories. Some of these are raisins, nuts, dressings, cheeses, etc. They had us fill out a sheet with some of out own and how we can substitute them or cut back (Mine was peanut butter). I also spoke to them about creating an official goal weight. I know what I would like (120's) but it needs to be documented and a healthy goal endorsed by a doctor.

So, lost nearly 3 lbs from last week or .6 since starting!
