I arrive again on time to this weeks meeting. I realize that this week was going to be bad as going to fast food this week was not good. I procrastinate but get my card that has my info and wait for the weigh-in. I weigh in up about 3lbs from last week at 149.6, YKES! We start and someone does a neat game about diet fitness and weight loss. It was kind of cool, they way she made it interactive. We wrap up and call it a night. My goal this week is LOG EVERYTHING (starting tomorrow) and lose at least 1 lb at weigh in next week.
