I am unsure about joining the local weight loss support group. The main reason I'm hesodent is useally those places I think of for extremely overweight or obease. Me being small framed, 5' 5" and currently in the 140's my goal is 120. I know a lot of people will read this and say 20 lbs is nothing but my weight seems to be sprialing out of control and affecting my running.
Anyway I might join but kind of intimadated, If anyone has any thoughts let me know.
