Tonight’s training included a 3 mile run in 44:58. That’s rightno more run/walk. I ran the whole thing. I put up my last training time (the 49:55) as motivation to go faster. I also did a 10 minute Holly Perkins Strength Training video on demand. It was good but didn’t even compare to the 24lift class at the gym. O wellI am still glad I did it!
