Today's Workout

Went really good, I got there and warmed up for about 4 minutes on a bike. I then moved on to the weights, did upper and lower body. They have a spin class on Sunday's I was going to try that, but turns out I'm to short for the bikes.
Then (this is what I'm really proud of) did a complete hour on the elliptical machine, 3.75 miles later I had burned well over 300 calories!
