Today I walked 2 miles!!

So today I really worked up a sweat at the GYM. I usually walk for 30 minutes each day. Today, I went for it,  and worked out for 45 minutes, which worked out to be 2 miles. It was tough at times, so I had to talk myself into completing the last 15 minutes.

So here is the money shot : )

I am so proud of my workout stats today, I am getting better and I feel it.  Let me explain the workout stats in the photo above.

I did 46.07 Minutes-2.12 miles total. My pace in the shot was at 2.7, but I  walked mostly at 3.0. The shot was taken at the end of my workout.

By the time I was done I was sweating bullets:

I have been eating really well too, here was my dinner

Fingers crossed, let’s hope the scale reflects all of my efforts on Sunday.
