To Justify is Your Prerogative, But You’ll Find It Impossible to Lose Weight This Way

Justifying.

“I can have some of that because I’ve been doing so well on my diet.”

“I deserve that. After all, I’ve been so diligent.”

“They’re so good. I’ll just have 3 or 4 more. That’s OK because last time I didn’t have 3 or 4 more, I only had 2 more.”

Justifying indulgence.

But get this.

“I am going to have some of that, that, and that because all those other times when I was tempted I didn’t eat any of that.”

You can justify what you did do and what you didn’t do and what you were tempted to do but didn’t do.

You can justify anything.
