Tip of the Day: Exercise to prevent weight gain

Many people need 60 minutes a day of moderate physical exercise to prevent weight gain.
How much exercise do you get?

Is that cardio only or does it include yoga, strength training, etc?

I got this helpful tip from the Tip of the Day, found on My Wellsphere page. It said "moderate physical exercise" so I think power yoga or pilates and strength training count.

I know I don't get 60 minutes a day, but I would like to start walking in the morning before work.
