Timing Of Meals Should Be Considered In Your Healthy Diet Plans

If you think more about the foods to be included in your healthy diet plan and less about when you should eat each meal, you're probably not at your maximum healthy weight loss potential.

Make sure you eat every meal; never skip any.  When you wait longer than 5 hours to eat your next meal, more cortisol is released in your body.  Cortisol makes you feel hungry, so you end up eating more than you need to.
