Good Morning beauties! Here is my menu for today! Jen asked me yesterday if I plan every day. I have decided to do this every day this week to help keep my flex in control so I don't run out mid-week this time. I was more of a spontaneous meal planner lately and I had a 0.8 gain last week (which I now can attribute to the inevitable monthly water retention - yay for that), and I promised myself to stay totally OP this week, so every night before bed, I sit and plan for the next day. This is a good way for me to stay on my game. We all know planning is one of the key factors to success, so sometimes you have to get back to the basics to feel "renewed" again.
