Thursday's Menu

I haven't planned a lot of snacks today, but if I feel the need, that's what the flex are for. I should note that even though my menu is planned to incorporate exactly my target of 25 each day, I normally go over into a few flex if I want a chocolate fix or an extra snack.

BM spinich & ricotta stuffed chicken (3)
3/4c brown rice (3)
steamed asparagus (0)
Italian vinaigrette spray (0)
Light feta & becel (1)
