Three Mother’s Day Fat Fighting Tips

jayson_liane_hailey_sm This weekend is Mother’s Day here in the United States and I plan on taking my family to the Wisconsin Dells for a few days of rest and relaxation.  I know Liane is supposed to be the one who is resting and relaxing, but I am sure I will enjoy some of that as well.  It will be the first time our daughter has been to a waterpark as well so that should be fun for the entire family. 

Since this Sunday is Mother’s Day, I thought I would share with you Moms some really simple tips that do a great job of fighting fat.  Men, you can benefit from these as well. 

In fact, just a few simple changes in lifestyle can make a dramatic difference in your belly, butt, hips and thighs. So be sure to put these tips to good use:
