The Psychology of Weight Loss Says That the Goals You Set for Yourself Make a Big Difference.

Posted Dec 13 2010 5:00am

When it comes to the daily goals you set for yourself, do you emphasize having success, or do you go out of your way to avoid failure? It makes a difference, you know.

Do you try to master what a situation requires, or do you work to avoid making mistakes. This also makes a difference, you know.

Is it your goal to outperform your competitors, or do you try so very hard not to appear incompetent compared to others. Once again, this makes a real difference.

Why ask these questions? Because the way you operate in your daily life will most likely be what you bring to the weight-loss table.
