The Impact of 30 Minutes

30 minutes is not a whole lot of time. But getting up just 30 minutes before time goes a long way in helping you stick to the goal of weight loss. Just try to set the alarm clock 30 minutes before and see much you can do in those 30 minutes. And if you do it day in and day out, you can imagine how much good it will do to your health.

This really works for me. If I get up and exercise first thing then I don't have all day to think up excuses not to work out. Plus I feel better all day because I did something for myself.
