The exercise plan

I’ve been reading Men’s Health off and on for over a decade now. I read it religiously back in the day when I was lifting regularly. Since I don’t have a clue what my new lifting program should be I’m just going to use theirs.

Here it is

Phase one starts Tuesday.

I plan on working up to 45 minutes on the treadmill on the off days. That’s in addition to my 20 minute walks to and from work. I can do this. There will probably be a lot of walking instead of running on the treadmill at first but I’m going to get there.
