The Dietician said..

I went to the dietician.. and she said, after about 45 mins and talking about my family looking at body shape, the goal weight is... 79 - 82 kgs, she also gave me some idea about why I may have gotten sick and also ideas about my food and training. First one is carbs protein veges/fruit each meal should have all of these, about 150 gram carbs, an egg size amount of protein and veges or fruit to go with it. Also talked about hydration and fueling my race and then we are looking at changing up some of my foods and some meals which I am excited about.

So my new goal weight is 80... what the Dr said three years ago.
